By accessing or using the Instapadi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Instapadi regarding your use of the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Instapadi, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
  • You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service
  • You are not using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

1.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Instapadi provides social media marketing (SMM) services designed to help content creators, influencers, and businesses grow their online presence across various social media platforms.

2.1 SMM Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Instagram followers, likes, views, and comments
  • TikTok followers, views, and engagement
  • YouTube subscribers, views, and watch time
  • Twitter/X followers, retweets, and impressions
  • Facebook page likes and post engagement
  • Spotify plays and followers
  • LinkedIn connections and post engagement
  • Twitch followers and viewers

Important Notice

All services are provided for marketing and promotional purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, viral success, or monetization eligibility. Results may vary based on content quality, niche, and platform algorithms.

2.2 Third-Party Platform Rules

You acknowledge that all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) have their own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. While we employ safe delivery methods, you understand that:

  • Use of SMM services may violate some platforms' terms
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform
  • Platform algorithms and policies change frequently
  • You use our services at your own risk regarding platform compliance

Risk Acknowledgment

We recommend using our services gradually and maintaining natural growth patterns. Sudden spikes in metrics may trigger platform review systems. We are not responsible for account restrictions resulting from platform policy violations.

Section 3

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
  • Restricting access to your account and device
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information is always up to date

Payment Terms

4.1 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: If we fail to deliver the ordered service within the specified timeframe

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the current exchange rate at the time of processing.

User Conduct

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

Enforcement

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Instapadi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Instapadi. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Instapadi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from platform algorithm changes
  • Account restrictions or suspensions by third-party platforms
  • Loss of followers or engagement after service completion
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Any unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Section 8

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Any pending orders may be cancelled
  • Any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination
  • All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon your request, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

Section 9

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in English, by a single arbitrator.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
